Stewardship Is Lordship

Stewardship Part 3: Why is Lordship Necessary?

If slavery is wrong, why do you sell yourself so cheaply into Satan's slavery? For a moment's pleasure, you sell yourself. We truly are fighting a battle. Church has become such a lame puppy. It's a dog that can't hunt. What good is a hunting dog that can't hunt? It poops in the house, eats your food, and doesn't listen to what you say. It's no good.

Lordship Checklist

  1. Do I accept God's lordship and sovereignty over my life?
  2. Is God first in everything in my life?
  3. Do I acknowledge that God owns me, and all that I have?
  4. Am I ready today to give God an accounting of his possessions?
  5. Am I right now doing everything I know to do?
  6. Have I personally settled this Lordship matter in my life? If not now, when will I?
